A photography portfolio that was designed from the ground up, shaped by user needs for affordability, trust, and clarity, while preserving its holistic user experience and visually appealing interface. Core requirements included interactivity, a clear hiring process, pricing transparency, an accessible contact information, and finally, the services offered.

Goals

The goal is to showcase the photographer as a professional brand, which will attract potential clients and build trust.

Design Process

The User

In order to better understand what type of website is needed, I focused on identifying what type of person needs a photographer. After my research, I created the ideal archetype and mapped out her story.

Mood board

After identifying our user, I assembled a mood board and filled it with concepts I envisioned for this portfolio. This process made those concepts tangible and clarified my design decisions.
